Introduction

,

To our Triplebyte client and candidate communities,

I am writing to let you know that today, Karat, the world’s largest interviewing company, has agreed to acquire Triplebyte’s adaptive assessment product and the team behind it. We will be shutting down Triplebyte’s remaining business and customer services permanently, effective March 31, 2023. While I’m excited to continue the journey of our tech and team, I know this is not the outcome for Triplebyte that any of us here wanted. I certainly want to apologize for the negative impact that this shutdown may have on your business. The economic environment over the last several months has been challenging for a recruiting company, and I ultimately made the decision that the right thing to do is to shut down the company and pass along our technology to a fantastic organization that can take it forward.

Please make sure to export any candidate information within Triplebyte and to remove Screen from your recruiting workflow as soon as possible to avoid loss of data or disruptions to the candidate experience. If you are interested in continuing to leverage the Triplebyte Screen technology as part of your hiring process, please reach out to the Karat team here for more details on how they are integrating our top-of-the-funnel assessment tool with their other Interviewing Cloud services.

Thank you, sincerely, for supporting Triplebyte over the years.
