Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team operates on two week cycles. Each cycle begins with a planning to decide if the current demands from our stakeholders make sense, then we estimate the procedures, over the course of the cycle we have daily meetings (10min) to share anything we feel like it. We finish the cycle with a meeting where we celebrate the good things and try to come up with solutions for the bad things. Engineers typically work with a Product Manager to spec a feature, then work on the feature in pair or individually. We use GitHub in pair with Jira to conduct code reviews and issues management. All engineers are also empowered to push code to production, which we often do multiple times a day.

Technical Challenges

We are building all the necessary services for a lending experience: suitability, underwritting, credit pricing, formalization, charging systems, etc. We also integrate with a lot of data sources using scrappers, API integrations and more. This year we are shifting our focus to web3 in order to tokenize our lending experience.

Projects you might work on
  • You get to work on our ADAM (asynchronous data acquisition matrix) which gather information from hundreds of data sources so we can offer credit based on alternative data.

  • You would be building web apps with the latest technologies
