The Accenture MyWizard team develops applications and tools to automate at scale across over 100 fortune 500 companies. The core of this is our AiOps suite, consisting of a monitoring and RCA suite to detect and predict issues, and a SaaS based automation platform to automate resolution by integrating assets providing ML, OCR, Chatbot, RPA and a workflow engine.
Our automation capability is driven by our ~50 pax office in Sydney, and is expanding rapidly due to client demand. We are looking for engineers with skills in React, Java / Spring, Kubernetes or AWS.
Why join us?
Team expansion from 6 -> 50 in three years, with now hundreds of clients onboarded to our platform.
Engineering at Accenture
Our automation capability is broken into squads grouped around microservices such as ML, Chatbot, Workflows, etc. Release planning is implemented across the platform quarterly, with squads then planning and executing on a shorter two-week sprint cycle.
Automating the shift of hundreds of standalone client applications to a central SaaS cluster on EKS. Creating automation tools simple enough to be used by non-technical users, while maintaining sufficient flexibility for often complex customisations or advanced usage.
Implement a workflow engine that enables simple flow creation, and interaction with users for managing exceptions and confirmations.
Consolidate 10,000 docker containers into a single K8's cluster, optimising availability and cost.
Implement monitoring of tool usage, business value creation, APM, cluster health and log monitoring using various forwarder agents, kinesis firehose for data streaming, lambas for transforms, and Elastic stack for a data lake and visualisations.
