We work on a two week sprint cycle, using the Scrum agile methodology. This begins with a Kickoff meeting, and ends at the next Kickoff, when we give the team a little retrospective on how the last sprint went. We deploy weekly, and encourage our engineers to try and complete small chunks of work instead of large projects. We use Bitbucket to manage our codebase, and operate using Pull Requests. We encourage all of our developers to write Unit and Feature tests whenever possible.
We regularly face technical challenges from managing data across multiple third-party platforms, as well the data integration challenges between those systems. It is never a dull day, and always full of challenges that require an engineer to put their thinking cap on to tackle
