Engineering team and processes

We use an Agile software development process. Our engineers receive high level of ownership over tasks. We seek engineers who will enjoy taking a task from A to Z. We use Github, and team members are empowered to review each others Pull Requests and merge code. We hold occasional brainstorming sessions for interesting engineering tasks.

Technical Challenges

Integrating our security capabilities into gitOps pipelines, like FluxCD, ArgoCD, and Atlantis. Root cause analysis of infrastructure as code. Identifying breach paths. Writing cyber security policies as code. Applying the same security controls from the IDE (via extension), through CICD (CI integrations), to runtime (K8s admission controller)
