  • Half of the company equity belongs to all contributors! (We use the term “contributors” to mean anyone that contributes to the company over an extended period of time, so employees and founders) Equity accrues equally and proportionally to all who contribute over time. Equity is accrued retroactively on successful trial. 50% of company equity is designated for contributors, 10% to a co-founder who functions as advisor and ideas-guy, and 40% to the main co-founder.

Set your own hours. If a personal situation prevents you from working full-time, you will simply work less (and get paid less and earn less equity during that period of time).

Work from Home

You’re welcome to work from home anytime. If the team requires it — for meetings or productivity reasons — you’ll need to be in the office, though.
