Role Description

Our mobile app plays a central role in putting Affinity's relationship intelligence at our users' fingertips. As we expand to new markets and use cases, our mobile app is becoming more important than ever.

In this role, you'll lead our growing mobile engineering team. You'll be hands-on and writing code while also helping to define our mobile team's strategy, architecture, process, and culture.

What you'll achieve:

  • Deliver a delightful, reliable user experience to our mobile users around the world while enabling rapid development and iteration
  • Drive engineering execution through project and process leadership as well as through your own hands-on coding
  • Partner with our mobile product manager and designer to shape our mobile strategy and roadmap
  • Collaborate with other engineers, on the mobile team and beyond, to define and advance our technical roadmap


Relationships are the backbone of the world's most valuable industries—from sales and business development to finance and philanthropy. But the tools used today to manage those relationships are broken. Actionable context remains locked away in the email and calendar streams of coworkers and colleagues, and no one has the time to analyze or organize this exponentially growing trail of data.

Affinity ingests and analyzes this massive communications data stream and uses it to power our platform, which helps our customers understand, manage, and leverage their networks more effectively.

We've raised over $40M, and since launching our product in the past three years, we've processed over 1 billion communication data points, generated 5+ million introductions and connections, and captured over 40% of the global venture capital market. We're actively expanding our reach across many new markets, and we've got a lot left to build.
