We are the largest teen-only social network int he US with millions of users.
We are funded by amazing people from venture funds (like General Catalyst and Accomplice) to founders (the founder of Tinder and Netflix) to celebrities (like Justin Timberlake and Adam Levine).
Our team is badass. The CEO of the company did the first ever voiceless cell phone call. He built a wireless sensor that rested on the surface of the vocal cords. This sensor captured neurological activity sent from the brain and translated those into speech.
We are on a two week release cycle. We have two team meetings per week and all work closely together.
We are constantly working on interesting technical challenges. At this moment, we are working on getting a computer to see an image the way a human does, plotting the magnitude of emotional state from inferring the state of facial muscle groups, and transferring an emotional reaction from one person to another in video.
