Role Description

If you're interested in improving people's lives by modernizing healthcare, apply now to join our small and growing team that's already making a big impact in the healthcare industry. We are backed by notable investors, including Village Global (backed by Bezos, Gates, Zuckerberg) and ACME Capital (PillPack, Pill Club, Curology, DoctorsOnDemand) and scaled from initial product to revenue within our first 5 months. You will have the opportunity to shape our engineering culture. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years experience and enjoy regularly shipping code.

We are focused on building a company that supports our engineers' professional development, whether that includes matching our engineers with mentors from our strong technical and investor networks, providing stipends for professional growth such as for conferences and classes, or providing anything else that our team members value professionally.

The role will focus on building and scaling our product across our different services, including our physician portal, automated phone call system, billing backend, and other services we're launching to provide the best remote monitoring to our patients.

About AIRx Health

AIRx Health created the first virtual medical clinic specialized in remote patient monitoring in the US. We use proprietary algorithms developed by world-class physicians to treat high-risk patients and identify life-threatening issues early. Our software enables our physicians to manage 100x patients and save lives at scale.

Company Culture

We’re intentional about our culture that values our team’s health, time, diversity, and personal/professional growth. Our team check-ins include personal goals in addition to engineering goals. We support each other in leading healthier lives (we’re a healthcare company :) ), through our “Fitness Fridays”, fitness stipends, and “Mindful Mondays”. We also value our engineers’ time, with limited meetings and limited need to commute, through remote and flexible work schedules.
