Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team is lean, but growing fast. Our process has been centered around Kanban. Engineers and product creators that have thrived with us best are those that can work with minimal specs and requirements, but with ready access to all parts of the business.

We deploy code every day, and employ all the tools you'd expect to have a clean continuous delivery process.

Technical Challenges

We're building machine learning that can process millions of transactions, integrations with payroll software at all levels of technical maturity, messaging systems across multiple channels, substantiation and compliance algorithms to handle the joys of tax code, and a whole bunch of other things we can talk about with you.
