We are reinventing the way companies do job interviews. Our goal is to reduce implicit bias in hiring and identify new signals that predict on-the-job success. We believe that human-to-human interviews are — and should continue to be — the most important factors in hiring. Our platform helps teams plan interviews better, collect more interview feedback using speech recognition AI, and make objective, data-driven decisions.
We're working on a problem that matters. Bad hiring decisions afflict every organization. And bad interviewing is at the heart of it. But the tools we're building help teams mitigate their implicit biases and interview more fairly and intelligently.
For a company just over a year old, we've got a lot of traction, and our customers include large enterprises such as Ally Bank, Dropbox, and Teach For America.
We recently raised a $3.0M seed round from two great VC firms and some awesome angel investors, which gives us a lot of runway.
We operate on 2 week cycles. Before each cycle, we discuss time estimates for new features, and we demo features as they're completed. Engineers work with our PM (CEO) and designer to spec new features, then work on the feature individually or in tandem. We use Pull Requests on GitHub to conduct code reviews. All engineers are also empowered to push code to production, which we often do multiple times a day.

Our core values are honesty, respect, and continuous learning. We work hard and focus on measurable results. We love to teach each other about our different passions. At lunch, you’re equally likely to find us discussing (and debating) neural networks, cognitive psychology, local politics, or foreign policy. Giving and receiving thoughtful, constructive feedback on a regular basis is our norm.
We believe our differences make us stronger. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We want teammates who can challenge each other's assumptions. To that end, we actively seek a diverse pool of applicants, including those from historically marginalized groups — women, people of color, people with disabilities, formerly incarcerated people, LGBTQ, and first and second-generation immigrants.
We offer great health benefits that include full medical, dental, and vision insurance, and cover dependents at the same rate as employees.
