Role Description

We’re Antenna, a data and analytics startup that aims to expand knowledge of subscriber behavior so brands can entertain, inspire, and empower the world. We provide industry and competitive benchmarks across key metrics so our customers can know ‘what good looks like’, market intelligence so they can learn how to build a best-in-class business, and insights to inform their strategic decisions making. Antenna is quickly becoming the market standard for subscription analytics. We have defined product/market fit, secured household names as clients, and are in ‘hyper-growth’ mode!

We're looking for a Product Manager to play an instrumental role in realizing Antenna’s product vision and strategy. As Antenna’s Product Manager, you will utilize world-class product fundamentals to design, develop, launch, and maintain data products and customer-facing software. You will partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics; their success is your success and your success is also their success. In collaboration with Sales and Customer Success, you will investigate how our customers use our data to inform their business decisions, in order to build friction-less products.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure products and product updates are shipped rapidly without compromising on quality and in full alignment with the product and commercial teams. 
  • Execute our 2022 product roadmap, effectively managing trade-offs of what is developed #now, #next, and #later. Specifically, in the short term:

    • Work on integrating new data sources to build redundancy & diversity
    • Deliver our data digitally via Business Intelligence tools and APIs
    • Expand market coverage to all corners of the subscription economy
  • Maintain a best-in-class product management practice at Antenna.

    • Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams towards collective success.
    • Partner with our commercial team to understand our customer’s needs in order to design, develop, and prioritize solutions. 
    • Develop and manage clear, detailed product specs.
    • Define and measure success of Antenna products, and be relentless about improvements through product updates.

 

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years as a Product Manager for a data or SaaS software product
  • Experience supporting enterprise data products (e.g. business intelligence, API, etc.)
  • Experience in the full B2B product life cycle.
  • A skilled communicator with internal and external stakeholders through respectful candor, proactive communication, etc.
  • Knowledge of Agile process and jobs-to-be-done framework
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • Bonus: A background in engineering is a plus
  • Bonus: Previous experience working inside innovative, high-growth companies trying to disrupt the status quo
