Role Description

Are you looking for a role where you can make an impact? Somewhere you can control your work environment and create a difference?

Aparavi is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to be the leader of our new hub! We want to build around you and give you all the tools you need to succeed in helping make Aparavi’s goals for your team come to life. You will step into a role where you will be a mix of Principal Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager but, as your team grows, your responsibilities would shift to away from coding on a day-to-day basis to focus completely on the team management. This role would be ideal for someone looking for that next step in their career, or someone who enjoys being hands on while leading. Although some management experience is a plus, someone that has the right attitude and wants to make a difference is exactly who we are looking for.

Although this will start as a fully remote role with the rest of our remote team, the goal is to eventually move into having some office interaction as the leader of your team, which is why we are directly looking in either Atlanta, Austin, or Denver. This would not be needed right away but, relocation assistance is also available. You would be the center of the hub and the team we build around you in this city. The office environment would allow for flexibility and not be a traditional 9-5 punch in punch out type of vibe. It would be more of a brainstorming, collaboration space for the engineering team we create from local talent around your area.

Join us as we disrupt the world of Unstructured Data Management!
