Engineering at Arcules
There are a total of 7 product teams and 1 Frontend chapter
(guild) that glues some of the pieces together. Each team has a unique culture and process that is designed to navigate around their problem space. There's a no blame culture here and we love to iterate quickly. Our pipelines are setup to allow us to deploy on a daily cadence, if needed.
Here at Arcules, we solve problems around the video and IOT space as a means to provide situational awareness, foresight, and business intelligence capabilities to our clients. Our wide range of technical domains range from embedded software to cloud infrastructure; each with its own unique set of challenges. Timing, order, and event handling all have to be orchestrated with a high degree of precision. Performance requirements across various environments force us to be creative with how we resolve issues.
The ceiling of technical complexity and understanding is fairly high here so if you want to learn new things every day and grow as an engineer, this is the place for you.
