We are flat organization with minimal process. While there are two distinct engineering functions, Frontend and Backend, we frequently cross boundaries to get work done.

The principal philosophy we follow as an engineering organization is to optimize for learning. This means that we strive to put something in customers hands to get feedback asap rather than strive for perfection by iterating in a vacuum.
