Engineering at Aspire
We're a small, fast-moving engineering team and only add processes to solve problems rather than just for the sake of having them. That said, here are some engineering processes that we employ:

We have a lot of technical challenges, some of which we deal with every day and others that we foresee more of in the future:
Product Development: We have some ambitious goals for the product, so there's a lot to build and develop!
System Design & Architecture: We have a complex product with a lot of moving parts along with a small, but growing engineering team, so architecting the codebase to be modular, extensible and maintainable is a big challenge
Data: There's a lot of data that we currently handle and even more that we'll need to be prepared to handle in the future, so putting the systems in place to process, store and analyze it is a big task
Expand the ability for brands to search through a database of millions of content creators and influencers by integrating with new social networks and online creative communities and providing better tools for discovering the best creators for a brand to work with.
Develop the system used to qualify talented content creators and recommend them and rank them against other content creators for a given brand's marketing initiative where they're looking for a certain type of content that will resonate with a limited type of audience demographic on a specific marketing channel.
Expand the capabilities of our analytics dashboard to allow brands to track how the content they're producing on the platform is performing on new marketing channels (e.g., on their website, in Google Ads, etc.) and even provide automated insights into what type of content to produce from what type of creator to use on what marketing channel while target what type of audience.
Improve the tools and system used to make it possible for marketing teams to work with creators at scale by automating and streamlining the process of negotiation, agreements and contracts, product shipment and tracking, content review and feedback, payments and more, so brands can focus on creating great content instead of being bogged down by logistics!
