We're a very young organization with a few but very talented people. This means, that you'll be working closely with both our founders and other team members in planning, design and implementation capacity across the product. As the team grows, you too will be part of defining our process and shaping the way we take the product to the next level.

From an engineering perspective, we employ a lot of best practices, relying on a typical GitHub-based workflow of pull requests and code reviews for versioning, CI for integration, and semi-automated deployments to a fully managed infrastructure to keep our product and platform stable and deterministic.

We are building the platform upon which sales teams run their entire business, from the initial qualification through to the end of the sales process, in an environment where speed is a determining factor in success. This means, that we are not just building a product to be virtually unbreakable, as people rely on us and us alone to make their living, but also very fast and correct. Our biggest challenge is therefore to build a technical platform, that allows us move forward without the luxury of breaking things.
