Seven years and hundreds of thousands of customers in, and we're still a one-engineer shop. There's no established religion around how we engineer our systems, except to say that if we build it, we own it, and if it goes down, we're on it. We do have amazing co-workers, on both the consumer side and the manufacturing/fulfillment sides, who are incredibly passionate about what we build, which makes the work that much more well-defined and fulfilling.

Building tools and process that guide the entire manufacturing process, from ingredient selection to receiving, materials flow, inventory, build recipes, etc. through to fulfillment to the customer, for upwards of 100 tons of fresh coffee annually.
