Bigtincan’s engineering culture values small teams with local control over the processes that work best for them. Many teams operate on a 2 week cycle with planning, demos, retros, and standups; some operate with WIP limits as well. Teams operate within geographical regions, and are synchronous. Some teams usually operate in office and some are fully remote, not just during Covid. All teams have practice with remote work.
