BlueCargo’s mission is to help people move goods from marine ports to first-mile destination faster, more reliably, and cost-effectively. We provide local trucking companies data backed software to support operations by enabling smart and efficient move of containers.

We are a well-funded LA-based startup founded by two female entrepreneurs graduated from Y Combinator.

Each day, 500+ dispatchers trust BlueCargo’s platform to move their freight.

1. Think big... There is no such thing as impossible! We don’t stay in our comfort zone, we take up challenges and evolve. Because believing a solution paves the way to solution, we want to believe we can reach the highest levels.

2. ...Act small Bias for action - Because the number of iterations we are able to make in a fixed period of time, will define our probability to make it. The best way to know if a solution is working is to do it and test it.

So we are looking for the following personal qualities : - Autonomous [must have] : knows how to prioritize & how to handle his time. - Start-up engineering mindset / Adaptation : knows when to build fast and when to build to scale without overengineering. Adapts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. - Efficiency : able to produce significant output with minimal effort. Knows how to work under some time pressure & deadlines. - Logic : engineer mindset, scientific way to solve problems. - Strong communication skills : need to be a very good communicant, people-person, good relation and fit with all the product & tech team + founders
