We have two engineering teams: Mobile and Cloud. They use Agile/Scrum on 1 week Sprint cycles, along with code reviews (PRs via GitHub), CI using CircleCI, unit testing, and JIRA for project tracking. QA tests releases every week, and Mobile releases to the App Store every 3 weeks, while Cloud releases to production weekly.
We have created technology that allows you to fly a drone over the internet. To accomplish this, we have built a low-latency, peer-to-peer connection technology that must have less than 500ms round-trip (ideally 200ms round-trip time). Multiple different technologies need to be brought to bear to achieve this. Particularly challenging is the scalability and the networking.
