Generate videos, slide decks, and podcasts from data for customer facing teams like Customer Success, who need to proactively present frequently to their customers for onboarding customers, product adoption, retention, renewals, up-sells, cross-sells, etc. Plaid, Google, Yelp, Pure Storage, HP, typically can only support 10% of their customer base using Customer Success professionals. The rest get reactive customer support.

In the time they create a presentation for one high-paying customer, they can create videos and slide-decks for all their customers including the thousands from long-tail or lower-account value segment of customers.

We package a virtual presenter with the presentations.

Engineering team and processes

We are a team of fast moving developers, hackers, architects, and product designers. We like to ship code daily and turn ideas to product features within days. We maintain an extremely high bar for the quality of what we create and how we interact, We share our learnings, experiment with new technologies, and constantly test, add, and remove features.

You will be one of the first three employees, and have a chance to create an ideal environment.

Technical Challenges

You will work on enhancing our generative vector videos (patented technology) and make them more engaging, realistic, and delightful.

You will use program synthesis to generate realtime videos. Everything from the spoken language to the user interface is shaped on the fly based on device and orientations.

You will help reduce video generation time from a few seconds to milliseconds.

Projects you might work on
  • Contribute to a React App, Cast Designer to generate and publish videos and slides.

  • Work on the Cast Player an ultralight native JS app the infuses data and code in a small payload. The payload is pushed to the device and turned into a video, all before they hit play to watch videos or browse slides.

  • Work on our advanced Structured Data to Natural Language Generation machine learning pipeline powering Cast Videos, and contribute to several ML papers and patents.
