Engineering at Chainlink Labs
We follow a strict open source ethos. We submit our pull requests on Github for peer reviews, The engineering works in very close collaboration with our CTO, and schedule weekly calls to go through all the latest updated. We are also big fans of agile methodologies and pair programming.
One our our biggest challenges is to build the middle layer between a blockchain and any potential API endpoint.
