Engineering team and processes

Our teams are composed of senior and junior developers and work closely with other business units in the organization. The teams utilize an agile process (Kanban or Scrum depending on needs). We ensure work is well defined, prioritized, and sized.

Often teams collaborate together in design sessions, retros, standups, code reviews, and demos. We follow good coding practices and are constantly looking to evolve the quality of our codebase.

Technical Challenges

Some of the challenges we face include scaling systems for performance to meet demand, automating data processing & analysis, and creating positive user experiences for our customers. We are continually challenged with solving complex problems but we do so as a team.

  • Building a multi stage distributed data processing system that can function both in the cloud and on premises.

  • Creating features that allow our customers to interact with our network of partners.

  • Building technology that provides job seekers with tools that allow them to find employment, and solutions for employers to attract a diverse array of qualified candidates.
