We've been profitable the last two quarters while nearly doubling in company size
Engineering at Clinc
We're growing fast enough that the structure and processes change every 3-6 months. We don't adhere to any specific methodology. We solve problems as a team and adapt our structure and processes as they make sense.
Currently, we are organized as 4-5 person teams that own specific product features, parts of the stack, and/or client solutions.
We're building an AI platform that enables enterprises to build rich conversational experiences. Our goal is to allow humans to just speak and achieve their goal. This requires solving a lot of NLU / AI problems, conversational design problems, product design challenges, and putting it all together to create compelling solutions with our clients.
You would develop a cutting edge interface for designing and visualizing conversational flows
You would help productize the most powerful AI & NLU capabilities invented by our AI R&D team
You will wear many hats and help do whatever is necessary to support sales and customer success
