Engineering team and processes

We are at ground zero. You will have a chance to grow into a true CTO with support from leading Academic with technical background in privacy (1-2 days/week) and from very experienced CTO with funding (about 1 day/week) and from hacker with Security experience (a few hours / week). Beyond that, it will be up to you to build the team and process. Generally we will use daily or near daily stand-ups with the lean / agile process - using technologies like Trello, Asana, Slack and GitHub.

Technical Challenges

Image classification and tagging to find potential images on social media that would be viewed as 'toxic or disqualifying' for potential hires. API integrations with Slack, Mailchimp, and dozens of other B2B tools Forced, but stable integrations into Facebook, Google and other programs - so users can better manage their social media and search where no API's exist Smart privacy document reading based on leading research Cryptographic keys and hashes to make systems highly secure at top-level Military grade

A B2B full-suite privacy management tool involving integrations with 6-12 leading API's and military grade encryption with secure offsite storage
A social media management tool involving image and text natural language learning models and automated privacy assistant 'chatbot' build - that can manage a user's Facebook account without an API.
