Role Description

Function: Software Engineering → Backend Development

The JavaScript Integration and API Developer works closely with the Architects, Functional Teams Managers, Customers, and Partners to implement APIs and Integrations to support business requirements. In this role, developers need to handle operations of API and Integrations as well.

The individual will design, build, and maintain integrations and APIs for on-cloud systems. The developer must be capable of understanding business requirements, working with end users, and developing, deploying, and supporting the integration and APIs

Responsibilities:

Mandatory to have experience in RESTful JSON services, CRUD Operation, HTTP Methods
Design and develop APIs using NodeJs and deployment using CICD pipeline.
Identify, analyze, and design API using Postman.
Support Integrations and APIs running in production, help to fix the bugs, and address code issues.
Work across various platforms and the associated stakeholders/business users
Effectively works with Internal and External customers.
Automate common, repeatable tasks at a large scale to streamline operational procedures on various technology stacks within the team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in Integration and API development
Exposure to JavaScript, React and NodeJs is a plus
Exposure to AWS Services, policies, and the DevOps pipeline is a plus.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to write technical documents
Ability to communicate issues and recommend solutions in a timely manner to Management
Familiar with Agile development methodologies
BS Computer Science or related field
