Engineering at cloudPWR LLC
The Engineering team works closely with each other. We operate on a two week sprint schedule. Requirements come from roadmapped issues and customer projects. We use github for project and issue management. Sprints are tracked as Milestones within Github with individual issues for that sprint added to the milestone. We also use a kanban board for overall tracking on a per product basis. Code reviewing is handled via Github pull requests.
We're building a low-code app development platform focused on ease of use while not sacrificing functionality. To borrow an old perl-ism we want easy things to be easy and hard things to be possible. Challenges are focused around offering
You would be a leader in the engineering team tasking issues to Jr developers and working with sr developer peers on creating a world class low code development platform
You would be working on pushing our core product along the low code roadmap. There is a lot of opportunity to make a real difference starting day one. Little to no internal inertia or politics involved.
You would be working with other Sr Engineers and management to define, refine, and iterate on new features or overhaul of existing features.
