Our engineering team is extremely lean. We push code to production multiple times per day. We're obsessed with using the best tools to build software. We heavily utilize many open source projects and our infrastructure is equipped with CI/CD pipelines, zero-downtime deploys, point-in-time database restoration, and many other developer-friendly tools to let you focus on one thing: shipping amazing code.
To keep it short and simple - we like to do what works and stop doing what doesn't work. We try new things, we experiment, and we iterate. Doing so helps us figure out the best working process for our team.
Due to the nature of our exclusive platform, we have a rich catalog of some of the world's most thoughtful and interesting content. As our user base grows, the amount of high quality content on our platform will also grow. Making that content easily consumable and providing our users with incredibly low friction ways to meet other investors are key initiatives for us. With one of our core product objectives being to help investors foster meaningful relationships, we are also heavily focusing on building tools for investors to thoughtfully connect with one another.
You'd get to lead the development of our flagship react web application that serves as an exclusive social community for professional investors to discuss topics, connect with and form meaningful relationships with other investors, and be home to all of their professional investing needs (fund raising, investment memos, etc.).

As a fully remote business, we do quarterly off-site trips in various cities around the country. This helps us get to know each other better and to spend quality fun time together.
We're all adults and life is busy. What's important is that your work gets done, not at which hours you do it. That being said, we expect employees to be able to work from within 3 hours of Eastern Standard Time.
