We announced our (free) MVP at Kafka London Summit 2019. Due to the major success, we switched our model to recurring paying licenses early 2020. We were 2 people. Many many conversions, largely profitable. We are growing and need your help to scale up.
We have many new projects planned on our roadmap, to change the landscape of companies using Kafka through a friendly and helpful platform, to help in many aspects.

Engineering at Conduktor Inc
We don't have cycles (no sprint). We work Kanban-style using Linear. Engineers do demo of what they implemented to the team and CTO. Upon validation, they release the software (automatically through CI/CD). We try to release our desktop software every week.
About the new projects (not desktop software, but classic web/api), we will do automatic CI/CD (fully tested).
We build softwares on top of Apache Kafka technologies (Kafka Connect, Streams, ksqlDB etc.), so we need a great experience about everything about Kafka and need to support past versions at the same time as the new versions.
Conduktor Desktop: a Kotlin+Scala ZIO+JavaFX application (https://www.conduktor.io/changelog/).
We want to build new projects (React+API in Scala ZIO+GraphQL) around several aspects of Apache Kafka.
We have a customer portal (Micronaut/VueJS) where we want to offer more and more features (no Kafka here, but more
business
features oriented)
