Engineering at Contently
The engineering org works in cross functional teams focused on a business area and problem. Teams are typically 4-6 engineers. The teams work in two sprints utilizing the scrum process.
Contently deals with designing software around complex domain models. The team is constantly refactoring and looking for better ways to solve problems for our users. Our analytics product also affords the opportunity to work with a big data pipeline that process hundreds of millions of data points every month!
