Senior Software Engineer (Backend & Infrastructure)

Cresta's Backend and Infrastructure engineers are responsible for designing, building and advancing our core infrastructure that allows the team to execute quickly, productively and securely. The ideal candidate will be excited about owning the end-to-end architecture, implementation and iteration on our product.

You will join a collaborative but highly autonomous working environment in which each member has a defined role with clear expectations, as well as the freedom to pursue projects they find interesting.

What You'll Do: - Build dev tools to empower the developer's workflow and deployment infrastructure. - Work on container scheduling systems, Kubernetes clustering management, etc. - Metrics, logging, analytics and alerting for performance and security across all endpoints and applications. - Infrastructure-as-code deployment tooling, supporting services on multiple cloud providers and on-premise virtualization. - Build applications that enable AI team to train, test, and deploy on large-scale datasets.

What We Look For:

• 4+ years experience in a relevant position
• Proficiency in scripting languages like bash and python
• Deep familiarity with container-related security best practices.
• Experience working with Kubernetes clusterings.
• Experience working with AWS and Google Cloud.
• Experience managing and developing highly-available and distributed software.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
• Experience on CI/CD and feature gating systems.
• Fluency in Linux operations and configurations.
