We have three very large Fortune 500 clients who we converted from pilots to full contracts in the last year, with several more pilots starting soon.
We are working on difficult technical problems that most early-stage startups shy away from.
You would be joining a small team with a huge amount of autonomy and input in product direction. We just raised our series A round, so you would be joining a rapidly growing team.
We have a four person engineering team at the moment, with very limited formal process. The team will be growing, so we will need to put more process in place. More rigorous automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment are all in the plan. Anyone joining the team will help us shape process going forward.
- We're building machine learning models with very limited training data, so we need to find creative ways to bootstrap the models.
- Our datasets grow fairly quickly in size because we analyze email + slack messages. Making our systems scale for companies with 100k employees is something we're still figuring out how to do.
- We have some unique deployment models to ensure the safety of customer data. Each model has its own benefits and challenges to deal with.
Build a system to identify messages that require response (using NLP) and ensure the user follows through.
Improve the library of recommendations we are able to make to a manager and figure out what changes in the metrics we calculate should trigger those recommendation.
Work with our designer to come up with and implement new ways to visualize the complex, difficult to understand analytics we calculate.
We're an early stage company, still working to prove itself. Our team has that same mentality, still hungry to prove themselves as individuals.

We don't care about your work hours, though we do all try to coordinate our schedules a couple days per week.
