Our mission is to unlock investment to restore nature and generate ecosystem services. Using our platform we aim to enable carbon capture, biodiversity protection, water capture and to provide local community support. Our team, together with landowners, NGOs and investors works in harmony with nature with the aim of capturing over 1 billion tons of CO2 in the next 20 years.

Engineering at Cultivo Land PBC
We’re looking for someone passionate about having a tangible impact beyond lines of code. We currently have a small tea divided into science and tech. You'd be working tightly with our Head of Product to generate, refine and materialize our product roadmap.
We’re looking for candidates that can grow into a Software Lead position. We would like you to take ownership and help define our software roadmap, plan and build core infrastructure, set the culture, and build products that shape how people adopt natural climate solutions. In doing so, you'll fill a critical role in crafting the future we envision together.
Using GIS, Machine Learning and other technologies, build feasibility analysis tools for land regeneration projects and securely deploying them.
Building a secure and highly available customer facing platform for our projects.
