Engineering at Custora

Engineering team and processes

Our product development cycles are between 6-8 weeks and our team of 14 engineers get to pick and choose what projects they want to work on and how they should be prioritized. Other teams outside of engineering also pitch and vote on products to build or enhance which gets everyone collaboraring autonomously.

Technical Challenges

On a daily bases we are facing challenges with the amounts of data we are ingesting and tackling problems like identity resolution and building sustainable models that can work across a variety of industries.
