We have a lot of interesting engineering challenges including machine learning, backend scaling, and user-interaction design.
You will work on high impact projects and have context to understand and shape the product you're building.

We have a small team of full-stack engineers split into three scrum teams based on ownership areas. You'll work on the part of the stack you're most interested in but most projects can span from front-end visualization to backend data-modeling to dev-ops changes. We have many challenges related to large data sets and scale. We have a large data pipeline where we process 460,000 articles per week, running NLP/ML to identify companies and to extract relevant news. We have over 2 million companies and 7k conferences. Our system has over 6 million Solr queries a day.
We also have interesting design and workflow problems to solve. How do we help our users discover the most relevant information to them at the right time?
Framework to allow customers to integrate custom proprietary data sets into our product so they can use the full set of information they have access to all from one place.
Redesign our filtering UI: work closely with our design team to re-implement how our customers filter down from over 2 million companies using 50+ different filtering options while still keeping our queries to Solr fast and efficient.
Work on the algorithms, systems, and internal tools needed for extracting key data points from the public web at scale.
Expand our footprint in the Sales & Marketing space by building out integrations to more CRMs.
