Engineering team and processes

We use Service-Oriented Architecture, with a team for each service. Each team is made of up backend engineers, frontend engineers, designers, product managers and a team lead.
We are fast-moving, working on CI/CD with an emphasis on building customer-focused, scalable and quality software.
