Engineering team and processes

Our development team is composed of three main parts: Back-end Engineering, Front-end Engineering, Database Engineering, Product Design, Cloud computing, and Quality Analysis.

Our engineering backlog is planned out 1 quarter ahead of time, and each development effort begins with well-defined requirements and an explicit definition of scope documented in open places for all team members to see and express their opinions before shipping.

We proud ourselves on being highly efficient in defining priorities and reducing re-work.

Technical Challenges
  • Creating a public API for payment processing partners
  • Building asynchronous processing pipelines using technologies like RabbitMQ
  • Automating deployments to various environments using Jenkins and Kubernetes
