We are a team of 15 engineers and 6 product managers and UX interaction designers. Our engineering team is set up in 3 teams: An operations & security team and two full-stack (backend, front-end and full stack engineers) teams that can operate and deliver autonomously.
We release new capabilities in a continuous delivery model, letting us rapidly deliver new features to our customers on a daily basis if we need or want to.
We plan releases in 3 months increments and run 2-week sprints.
All our engineering processes are highly automated - we believe in our own automation covers the paint-by-numbers craft
while engineers perform their Picasso work
philosophy. We don't want anyone spending their time on mind-numbing tasks.
We are SOC 2 Type 2 audited and are therefore delivering our service in a secure, confidential and highly available manner.
We are orchestrating data across many B2B platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot or Eloqua. As a result, we are dealing with very large data volumes and real-time data pipeline challenges, that require advanced analytical, computational and efficiency skills.
Our users require a highly intuitive user experience that requires our engineers to implement a role-based, simple to use and very engaging UI, which we spend a lot of time perfecting.
Our next frontiers are in the areas of process automation, predictive insights that are delivered to users in an automated fashion and machine-learning, which will suggest and take actions based on historical data and predictive models.
Fast Sync: Turning our nightly data loads into real-time sync data pipelines that deliver data to users in seconds.
Process Automation: Design and implement a workflow engine that allows for internal and external actions to be taken automatically. That engine works in either scheduled mode or triggered/event mode and needs to be performing at the highest level of throughput.
Predictive Insights: Present actionable insights to marketing and sales users without having to perform manual analytical tasks. Present those insights automatically with suggested actions to take.
