Engineering at DerivaDEX
Our engineering team works on two-week cycles, following agile method structures. We use Jira for sprint management. We start off the week with a planning meeting, have short scrum meetings daily, and wrap up with a review. Engineers work with product to define feature roadmaps.
We need to have a beautiful and intuitive UX that enables smooth onboarding for new users while also introducing them to ethereum accounts / wallets.
We'll need to distribute off-chain order book matching across multiple operators.
Build a governance platform that enables users to understand and vote on proposals to modify organizational parameters (such as how to spend an insurance fund).
