Engineering at Dive Studios

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team operates on two week cycles. Each cycle begins with a meeting to discuss time estimates for new feature developments. Engineers work with our designers to spec a feature, then work on the feature with the engineering team.

Technical Challenges

We’re building a social audio platform that will need to handle live chat rooms with thousands of individuals streaming at once.
