Staff Mobile Engineer (React Native)

We are looking for a React Native Tech Lead / Staff Software Engineer with experience developing mobile apps. This role requires defining architecture, driving execution, providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineers. The ideal candidate would have prior experience leading and delivering mobile projects with React Native.

This role sits on the Digital Experiences team. To date, Doma has been focused on building our Intelligent Fulfillment platform. With that platform we are delivering significant value to our customers via backend integrations and our tech-enabled operations team. Digital Experiences is responsible for delivering customer and consumer facing products that bring the value of Intelligent Fulfillment to the entire real estate market.

You have: 10+ years of industry experience in architecting and implementing complex frontend product experiences Hands-on experience publishing applications to Apple App Store and Google Play Store Hands-on experience in designing, writing, reviewing, and testing code in a collaborative environment Ability to lead critical initiatives while working closely with product and design teams, and communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership Strong knowledge of modern mobile tech stacks including React Native, Swift and Kotlin Served as a technical resource and mentor for engineers not only within your team but across the broader frontend organization, giving clear and actionable feedback to help with their growth Experience influencing multiple teams, building processes, tools, and systems that support organizational growth and efficiency
