Engineering at Dondo
On Dondo's engineering team, we optimize for regular launches to constantly generate value for our customers. We emphasize versatility and continuous improvement, encouraging each colleague to take control of it. We embrace teamwork and automation in order to reduce labor and inefficient work.
New ideas for Dondo can come from anywhere: customers, prospects, or our own team. Software engineers, product managers, and designers work together to prioritize tasks, consider specifications, complexity, and architectural work. They break down big projects into bits that can be published separately.
