We work on a two week sprint cycle that starts with a meeting to split up tasks between the team members. We try to give engineers tasks in multiple different projects so that they get some experience on multiple projects. In addition, engineers will often have ownership over sections of projects and are the main contact when questions arise from it. Engineers do short pair programming sessions with each other each week in order to share knowledge and work through difficult parts of the projects they're working on. All engineers submit PRs on Github before code is accepted and participate in reviewing the PRs of other engineers.

We have a network of wifi and cellular network enabled devices deployed nationally and are expanding worldwide. Management of a growing stream of device data and scaling our backend infrastructure is growing challenge that we're facing. We also have an analytics platform that provides clients with insights about their data correlated with other relevant information (sales data, weather, local events). In the future we'll be expanding into predictive analytics using each client's data set so that we can provide actionable insights about expected foot traffic levels.
