Engineering at Dribbleup

Engineering team and processes

We have a purposefully small team and we avoid meetings like the plague. Every engineer is empowered to own one part of the business and is given the freedom to manage that part as they see fit. The executive team provides feedback to the engineer to make sure technical goals align with development goals.

Every day, employees pick the one most important thing they need to accomplish and share their goal on our Slack group. Every week, employees recap their week with 5 bullet points on Slack for the entire team to share.

Technical Challenges

We host six Live Classes per sport every single day from our Live Class Studio (which we built!)
