Role Description

We are looking for an experienced full stack engineer to lead a dynamic team of engineers that own our proprietary apps, 3rd-party back office tools and API integrations. We have built a scalable infrastructure that seamlessly integrates the customer lifecycle from lead to sale and you’ll be caretaker of the engine of our business: all the tools necessary for the marketing, sales and transaction teams to get the job done.

Who we want: ● A full stack software engineer with around 8 years of experience who knows Node.js like the back of their hand ● An aspiring leader with at least two years of team leadership experience (for example: as a tech lead, engineering manager or senior engineer) ● A budding entrepreneur who would enjoy collaborating with product and stakeholders to build simple, clean and effective GUIs in React.js ● A tinkerer who can set up seamless, robust integrations using RESTful APIs and is comfortable working with containerization in a cloud-based infrastructure ● A stickler for Agile process who can take direct control if and when necessary ● A thoughtful presence who will take extreme ownership of their team’s growth and wellbeing ● A technical tactician who can operate in an ambiguous environment ● BS or MS in Computer Science

The nuts and bolts: ● Node.js ● ReactJS ● Postgres (We’re using Sequelize as our ORM) ● AWS ○ EKS ○ Docker ○ Lambda ○ API Gateway ○ S3 ○ Redshift ○ DynamoDB ● Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana ● CircleCI ● GitHub ● Salesforce ● Hubspot ● Slack ● Jira
