DevOps/Infra Mobile Data Engineering Quality Assurance
A flexible approach utilizing the best from Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
Multistate Expansion: technical challenges around managing territories with different rules & regulations, timezones, route mapping, demand planning, logistical, routing and packing optimization, etc.
Scaling: with multistate expansion, we need to organize the people, processes, and systems for rapid expansion. Including technology stack updates, security, event-driven systems, microservice modeling amongst others.
Flexibility: create an anti-fragile system that can adjust and withstand the changing regulatory environment. We need to consider legal handling, taxation, accounting, forecasting, policy changes, product safety, compliance, payments systems, and user experience.
Maintainability: we need to triple the size of the engineering team from its current 30 to closer to 100 engineers to support the growing business operations.
Build a world class platform for our dispensary partner network that allows them to scale their business beyond brick and mortar.
Build a service that can thrive in every state and become the big player in cannabis nationally.
