** We are building the operating system for the physical world **
We're seeing insane growth — In 2016, we already had over 300 clients and $3 million in revenue for the year. Since then, we've been growing 25% month-over-month for the last 18 months. We just raised a Series A of $10 million (as of September 2017), which will help us expand beyond our current markets (San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, and Austin) as well as hire more engineers and professionals. This is an exciting time to be joining.
Create better workplaces — Our mission is to create a better workplace for everyone—to empower each client and Eden Wizard to do the best work of her or his life. To do so, the product team is vey open to cutting edge technology. The team makes sure everyone feels supported but also have autonomy to run free with their individual projects as well. Cultural fit is very important to Eden. We want someone that is open to learning new technology and tools, who's not just seeking a typical 9-5 job, and would love ownership in building things.
We're backed by great investors and advisors — We have a lot of investors who believe in our mission and have a known track record for investing in successful companies. They include Y Combinator (the world's best tech incubator), SV Angel (investors in Airbnb, Github, Pinterest, and Square), Redpoint Ventures (investors in Stripe, Twilio, and Heroku), and Bessemer Venture Partners (investors in Box and LinkedIn).
** We build software for an inclusive, massive audience of users (millions of people) ** Eden builds software for a diverse set of users, with technology crafted for blue collar workers, small business owners, office managers, all office team members, and property managers.
Our engineering team uses a Scrum-like process with one week sprint cycles. Each spring begins with a meeting to discuss complexity estimates for features. We have a stand up each day to discuss our current progress. We work on features individually or sometimes in small teams with a designer and other engineers. All code is reviewed via a pull request. After new work has been reviewed and tested on staging, we will deploy it to production. We deploy multiple times per day.
Our product that has three faces: client, provider, and account manager. It's an interesting challenge to implement efficient communication between all parties. We're also building tools to implement large product surface area quickly.
From our customer dashboard, iPad catalog to native mobile apps, you be able to work on different features to create a more robust system for our clients and partners to use.
