Engineering at

Engineering team and processes

We work in agile development teams, doing 2 week sprints. All engineers are encouraged to suggest and work on any ideas that will make the product better. We try to keep the engineering team flat, in terms of hierarchy. Engineers here are stuck working on one widget or feature, we adjust as requested.

Technical Challenges

Currently we are 12 engineers building a product that is used by millions. As an engineer here, you have a great deal of input into the products that we build, and how they are built. We build and run everything in house, from mobile apps, games for kids, dev ops, etc.

Projects you might work on
  • Currently working on a new way to present child progress in our digital lessons to parents and teachers. Also have a project to research better ways to engage kids with the digital learning games, working with experts in the field.
