Engineering team and processes

Currently we're a small, flat team taking a Kanban-style approach. We have weekly meetings with the product team to prioritize the queue of development tasks and daily stand-ups to review progress, discuss approach, talk about priorities.

Technical Challenges

We're building a CMS for medical procedural content that will be used wide range of people from experienced content editors to nurses making quick edits, which is not an off-the-shelf solution. We're also just starting to use Graph/NLP to identify and leverage the relationships in our content.

Projects you might work on
  • You will help rebuild our end user application from scratch in React, using best practices and improve PWA support.

  • You will partner with our content creation team to build support for new content and formatting types.

  • You will help us utilize our Graph database to find relevant content for our creators and end users.
